5-1-1: STATE TRAFFIC LAWS ADOPTED:
The statutes of the state of Idaho relating to the operation of motor vehicles, equipment of motor vehicles, traffic control devices and motor vehicle laws are hereby adopted for the purpose of regulating and controlling vehicular traffic in the city. One copy of all such laws shall be filed in the office of the city clerk. (1989 Code)
