A violation of this chapter is a misdemeanor. In addition to all criminal penalties for violation of this chapter, civil damages in an amount of three (3) times the actual damages shall be imposed on any person committing any violation. Such civil action may be brought in Minidoka County for the benefit of the city for violations occurring within the city and all damages collected shall be used for the maintenance and operation of the city's collection and disposal services.
