3-2-6: USE OF COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SERVICE WITHOUT PAYMENT OF FEE:
It shall be unlawful for any person to place in any container or bundle for collection and disposal by the city, any garbage or rubbish without payment of the collection fees described in section 3-2-4 of this chapter. (Ord. 369, 3-11-1992)
