In all cases of conviction under section 3-1-2 of this chapter, whenever it shall appear to the court that such nuisance exists at the time of conviction, the court shall adjudge the removal, abatement or destruction thereof and issue its warrant to the city ordering the removal or destruction of the said nuisance.
