No building or other structure shall be erected, moved, added to or structurally altered, nor shall any building, structure, or land be established or changed in use without review and approval by the zoning administrator.
Prior to approval of any building permit, the building official will request a review of the building permit application by the zoning administrator, who will determine whether the proposed use described in the building permit application is in compliance with the city's zoning laws. The review will be conducted as provided in section 8-13-3 of this chapter. (Ord. 2012-4, 12-12-2012)
