8-4-5: RESIDENTIAL MEDIUM DENSITY ZONE (RM):
The purpose of this zone or district is to permit the establishment of medium density multiple-family dwellings not exceeding fourplex type apartments. This zone or district is also designed to permit the conversion of large older houses and will allow the establishment of neighborhoods into apartments. (Ord. 411, 8-14-2002)
