6-2-3-1: WIDTHS OF SIDEWALKS, CURBS AND PARKINGS:
Sidewalks, curbs and parkings constructed by any property owner in the city shall be located as follows:
   A.   Main Street: There shall be a space of two feet (2') between the property line and the nearest edge of the sidewalk. The sidewalk shall be four feet (4') wide to the nearest edge of the curb. The curb shall be six inches (6") wide.
   B.   Idaho Street Between North First Street West And North Second Street East: The sidewalk shall be seven feet (7') wide from the property line to the curb. The curb shall be six inches (6") wide.
   C.   North Third Street West: The sidewalk shall be four feet (4') wide from the property line to the farthest edge of said sidewalk (inside curb line). The curb shall be six inches (6") wide and the outside curb line shall be four feet six inches (4'6") from the property line.
   D.   All Other Streets Except Railroad Street: The sidewalk shall be four feet (4') wide starting six feet (6') from the property line. The curb shall be six inches (6") and the outside curb line shall be ten feet six inches (10'6") from the property line.
   E.   Adjustments: In the event of irregularities in property lines or surveys, adjustments shall be made by the property owners under the direction of the city in the widths of sidewalks and parkings or other specifications designated above to the extent that uniformity in curbing and sidewalks may be obtained along the particular street.
