Operation of licensed watercraft upon the Paulding Reservoir shall be subject to the following restrictions:
(A) Watercraft shall be launched at designated areas only;
(B) Boating shall be permitted only during hours that Paulding Reservoir Park is open to the public;
(C) Watercraft shall remain out of restricted areas, designated as such;
(D) No watercraft shall remain on the Paulding Reservoir overnight;
(E) No firearms shall be permitted in watercraft with the exception of water fowl hunting;
(F) No swimming shall be permitted;
(G) Occupants of watercraft shall not place foreign matter in water; and
(H) There shall be a life preserver in every watercraft for each occupant.
