(A) Smoking shall not be permitted in any village park.
(B) SMOKE or SMOKING means the carrying or holding of a lighted pipe, cigar or cigarette of any kind, or any other smoking material, equipment or device, and the lighting, emitting or exhaling the smoke of a pipe, cigar or cigarette of any kind.
(C) The use of electronic cigarettes shall not be permitted in any village park.
(D) ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE means an electronic device that delivers vapor which is inhaled by an individual user, and shall include any refill, cartridge and any other component of such a device. VAPE means to use an electronic cigarette.
(E) The use of marijuana, medical marijuana or Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) shall not be permitted in any village park.
(F) MARIJUANA and MEDICAL MARIJUANA shall have the same definitions as established in R.C. § 3793.01. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) is a chemical composition and shall have its scientific meaning.
