(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person receiving a parking ticket for parking an unlicensed vehicle on a public street or a vehicle in a controlled parking space in violation of § 72.02 shall be fined the sum of $25 per day. If the vehicle is not removed within 72 hours, the vehicle shall be towed and stored by the village at the owner’s expense. Fines shall be paid at the offices of the Village Police Department or at the village offices.
(2) Violation of § 72.02 shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
(C) (1) Any person receiving a parking ticket for the violation of § 72.03 shall be fined the sum of $25. Fines shall be paid at the offices of the Village Police Department or at the village offices.
(2) Violation of § 72.03 shall constitute a minor misdemeanor.
