§ 72.03 PARKING TICKETS.

   The village may issue parking tickets in lieu of removing vehicles parked in violation of:

   (A)   Parking in a prohibited area when marked by signs indicating such area or a yellow line;

   (B)   Vehicles parked in a designated handicapped parking space without displaying an approved handicap vehicle decal or placard;

   (C)   Vehicles that are double parked;

   (D)   Vehicles that are parked in the wrong direction;

   (E)   Vehicles that are parked in alleys when not performing a commercial delivery service;

   (F)   Vehicles that are parked across or blocking a crosswalk;

   (G)   Vehicles parked across or blocking a private driveway; and

   (H)   Vehicles parked on or across a sidewalk.
