No person who is under the influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse or the combined influence of alcohol or any drug of abuse shall be in physical control of any motor vehicle. The provisions of R.C. § 4511.19, insofar as it provides for tests to determine whether that person in physical control of a motor vehicle is under the influence of alcohol and/or a drug of abuse, shall apply to this section.
