§ 70.02 ENGINE BRAKING.
   No person shall apply an engine brake also known as a jake brake when operating a motor vehicle upon a street or highway within the village that can be heard outside the motor vehicle from 50 or more feet when the motor vehicle is being operated any place within the village.
