§ 70.01 WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS PLACED ON ALL NONCOMMERCIAL ALLEYS.
   (A)   (1)   All vehicles and loads in excess of 12,000 pounds shall be prohibited on all designated noncommercial alleys within the village.
      (2)   The WEIGHT of vehicles and/or loads shall mean the total avoirdupois weight of the vehicle or the weight of the vehicle and load and does not refer to the axle load or wheel load.
   (B)   Noncommercial alleys shall be those alleys designated as such by legislation of the Council of the village.
