(A) No final plat of a subdivision within the subdivision jurisdiction of the county, as established in § 155.004, shall be accepted for record by the Register of Deeds of the county until final approval has been given by the Board of Commissioners or the County Subdivision Administrator.
(B) To secure such approval of a final plat, the subdivider shall generally follow the procedures established in this section.
