(A) Mobile homes and manufactured homes that are presently located within the county may be moved from one location to another within the county for the purpose of permanent set-up. To qualify for relocation, the mobile home or manufactured home must be listed in the County Tax Assessor’s office as of the date of ratification of this subchapter.
(B) Manufactured homes must have an attached HUD label and shall not be more than ten years old on the date of application for a building permit for the purpose of permanent set up.
