§ 154.99 PENALTY.
   All persons who violate any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $50. Each day’s failure to comply with any provision of this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. The county may use any of the enforcement techniques authorized by G.S. § 153A-123.
