§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of §§ 91.25 through 91.30 shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or imprisonment for not more than than 30 days.
   (C)   The owner of an animal shall be subject to escalating penalties for each violation of §§ 91.45 through 91.50, whether the subject animal is the same animal, a different animal or various animals belonging to said owner. Each violation of those sections shall subject the animal’s legal owner to the following penalties:
      (1)   First offense - $50 civil penalty;
      (2)   Second offense - $75 civil penalty;
      (3)   Third offense - $150 civil penalty;
      (4)   Fourth offense - $200 civil penalty.
