§ 91.50 ABANDONMENT OF ANIMALS; REPORTING SAME.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to abandon, drop off or leave any animal to fend for itself or to become a nuisance or danger to the public or to other animals. Citizens should report to the Sheriff’s Office all abandonments as previously described.
