§ 103.08 FILING FOR ELECTION.

The filing period shall be from 8:00 a.m. on the first Monday in April through 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on the following Friday. Any filing forms postmarked by midnight on that Friday shall be accepted and considered timely filed.
