The official seal of the City of Parsons has a roped outside border with the words “City of Parsons, West Virginia” in the top arch of the seal; there is one black star on each side of the seal with the date of “February 18, 1907” between them on the bottom arch of the seal; a picture of the Tucker County Courthouse is located in the center of the seal.
