(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation which violates any of the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $500 together with court costs, or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) Any violation of the terms of those sections is hereby declared to be a nuisance per se, and such use may be abated, restrained, enjoined and prohibited, upon the commencement of an appropriate action in the Circuit Court.
