(A) The Township Board shall, by resolution, adopt a schedule of fees for the review of applications for permits associated with private roads.
(B) The fees shall be imposed to cover township administrative costs as well as engineering review, field inspection, planning review, legal and other professional services that may be necessary.
(C) The township also reserves the right to require escrow fees for field inspection. The balance of any escrow amount shall be refunded to the applicant upon issuance of a use of private road permit.
(D) There shall be a charge of $750 for private road applications.
