§ 93.20  PERMITS FOR BUILDINGS ON PRIVATE ROADS.
   No zoning compliance permit or building permit shall be issued for any structure or building for which the primary access to is a private road unless a use of private road permit has been issued by the Township Clerk. This provision shall apply to permits for a new dwelling or structure on a new private road and permits for a new dwelling or structure that is to gain primary access from an existing private road.
