§ 93.17  PRIVATE ROAD CONSTRUCTION PERMIT AND USE OF PRIVATE ROAD PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No private road, including a new private road or a private road existing on the effective date of this subchapter, shall be constructed, extended, improved or relocated after the effective date of this subchapter, unless a private road construction permit has been issued by the Township Clerk, in writing on a special form for such purpose, after approval of such permit by the Township Board.
   (B)   No dwelling shall be established which gains access from said private road until the Township Board approves that the constructed private road meets the standards and provisions of this subchapter and the Township Clerk issues a use of private road permit, in writing on a special form for such purpose.
