(A) In order to promote the health, safety and welfare of its residents, the township does hereby require uniform house numbering, placed at the front of the lot closest to the driveway entrance, before the certificate of occupancy is issued.
(B) The numbers shall be a minimum of three inches in height on all new construction, including, but not limited to, dwellings.
(C) The numbers shall be of a contrasting color and of a reflective type so as to be visible at all times.
