§ 150.09 UTILIZATION OF COUNTY STORM WATER MANAGEMENT POLICY AND MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR SOIL EROSION AND SEDIMENTATION CONTROL.

(A) The township hereby resolves to recognize and utilize the County Drain Commission Storm Water Management Policy and the county’s Minimum Requirements for Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control, which are attached to Resolution Number 177.

(B) The Building Inspector of the township is directed to issue all future building permits, subject to the county’s Minimum Requirements for Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control.
