(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of §§ 150.35 through 150.37 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $100, or by imprisonment in the county jail, not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
