§ 150.07  ADOPTION OF B.O.C.A. BASIC/NATIONAL FIRE PREVENTION CODE; DESIGNATION OF ENFORCING AGENCY.
   (A)   The township hereby adopts the 1984 B.O.C.A. Basic/National Fire Prevention Code establishing the minimum regulations governing the safeguarding of life and property from the hazards of fire and explosion arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the use or occupancy of buildings or premises; known as the Fire Prevention Code.
   (B)   The township designates the residing Fire Chief of the Fire Department as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the township under this section.
