§ 150.06  ADOPTION AND ENFORCEMENT OF B.O.C.A. MECHANICAL CODE.
   (A)   Pursuant to the provisions of Act 230 of 1972 and in particular § 9, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1509, the township hereby elects to assume responsibility for the administration and enforcement of Public Act 230 of 1972, as amended, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531, and enforce the B.O.C.A. Basic Mechanical Code, 2012.
   (B)   The construction of all farm and agricultural related buildings must also have building permits and inspections over and above the restrictions of the State Construction Code, Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531.
   (C)   It further is ordained that the township designates the Township Building Inspector as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the township under this section.
   (D)   A Mechanical Board of Appeals for the township is hereby created and shall consist of three members. Each member of the Board of Appeals shall be appointed for a two-year term.
