§ 150.03  ADOPTION OF NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE; CREATION OF ELECTRICAL BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   Pursuant to the provisions of Public Act 230 of 1972, and in particular § 9, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1509, the township hereby elects to assume responsibility for the administration and enforcement of Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531, and enforce the National Electrical Code.
   (B)   The township designates the township as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the township under this section.
   (C)   An Electrical Board of Appeals for the township is hereby created and shall consist of five members. Each member of the Board of Appeals shall be appointed for a two-year term.
