(A) The State Construction Code is hereby adopted, by reference, as the Building Code for the township.
(B) (1) Pursuant to the provisions of § 9 of Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. § 125.1509, the Building Official of the township is hereby designated as the enforcing agency to discharge the responsibilities of the township under Public Act 230 of 1972, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 through 125.1531.
(2) The township hereby assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits, outside of the corporate limits of the township.(Ord. 10, passed 9-17-1974; Ord. 11, passed 9-23-1974) Penalty, see § 150.99
