3-4-9: HOURS OF OPERATION:
Legal hours for "pawnbrokers", as herein defined, may be between the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. each day unless special permission is obtained from the Chief of Police. (Ord. 440, 6-28-93)
