3-4-5: SALES:

No personal property purchased by a pawnbroker at his place of business shall be sold or removed from such place of business for a period of at least ten (10) days after being so purchased without written consent of the Chief of Police. Excluded from this restriction are transactions in gold or silver, bullion or coins. (Ord. 440, 6-28-93)
