3-3-14: VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES:

A. Violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished pursuant to this code and Idaho Code.

B. In addition to any criminal enforcement, the city or any individual may pursue any available civil remedies deemed appropriate and necessary. (Ord. 573, 12-9-2014)
