3-3-3: LICENSE REQUIRED:
It is unlawful for any person, whether as principal, agent, employee, or trainee, to act as a "peddler" or "solicitor", as the same are defined herein, within the city without first obtaining a license in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 573, 12-9-2014)
