PREFACE
   This code of the City of Parma, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 622, passed December 12, 2023; and resolution 2023-5, passed July 11, 2023. Ordinances of the City adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the City office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
