A. The Youth Council will be responsible for care of its own financial needs: including, approved means of raising funds for projects, methods of contribution to other projects, funding of group team-building efforts or any other activity adopted by the Youth Council.
B. It is recommended that the Youth Council by-laws provide for assignment of financial tracking to a Youth Council Treasurer. All funds raised will be accounted for and recorded by the Youth Council Treasurer (or as provided by by-laws) and submitted to the Parma City Treasurer, who will hold all monies in the name of the Mayor's Youth Advisory Council.
C. All expenditures shall be coordinated through the City Treasurer by a system of Youth Council approved vouchers. Monthly financial reports will be submitted to the City Council. (Ord. 580, 4-10-2017)
