2-4-9: CITY POWERS REGARDING HISTORIC PRESERVATION:

Under the provisions of the Idaho Code 67-4612, the City may provide by ordinances, special conditions or restrictions for the protection, enhancement and preservation of historic properties. (Ord. 409, 9-8-86)
