9-2-5: COMMANDING AN ANIMAL TO ATTACK; PROHIBITED:
Except where great bodily harm or death is likely to immediately ensue, it is unlawful for any person to command, encourage or aid by word or conduct, any animal to bite, chase, attack or attempt to bite, chase or attack another person or animal. (Ord. 558, 12-14-2009)
