7-3-3: VIOLATION AND PENALTY:

Any violation of this chapter shall be punishable as a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, any such person shall be fined in an amount not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00) or be imprisoned in the Canyon County Jail for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days, or both so fined and imprisoned. (Ord. 407, 4-17-1986)
