Any written decision made by the airport manager or airport committee (subcommittee of the city council) shall become final unless within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the decision a person aggrieved by the decision files a notice of appeal with the city. Any written decision made by the planning and zoning commission shall become final unless within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of the decision a person aggrieved by the decision files a notice of appeal with the city.
