7-2-14: AUTHORITY TO REMOVE PROPERTY:
The airport manager or his authorized representative may remove from any area of the airport, including leased premises, any motor vehicle, aircraft or property which causes or constitutes or reasonably appears to cause or constitute an imminent or immediate danger to the health or safety of the persons using the airport or a significant portion thereof. The expenses of such removal and any storage fees shall become a lien chargeable to the owner of said motor vehicle, aircraft or other property. Said owner shall be notified of the removal and storage of said motor vehicle, aircraft or other property by certified or registered mail with a five (5) day return requested, sent to the owner's address as known to the airport manager or his authorized representative within three (3) days of said removal or storage.
