A. Purpose: A flying club must be organized as a nonprofit corporation under the laws of the state of Idaho or of the United States for the purpose of fostering flying for pleasure, developing skills in aviation and developing an awareness and appreciation of aviation requirements and techniques in the general public.
B. Roster Of Officers And Directors: A current certified roster of officers and directors and their addresses must be filed annually with the airport manager. (Ord. 391, 5-24-1982; amd. Ord. 552, 3-9-2009)
