An application of any flying club, business or commercial operation or general aviation operator for license or lease of airport property, including rental of a tie down, shall provide the following: (Ord. 391, 5-24-1982; amd. Ord. 552, 3-9-2009)
A. Proof of current, adequate insurance policies including public liability and property damage liability, each with a hold harmless agreement in favor of the city, its officers and employees, in the following minimum amounts:
Public liability, per person | $1,000,000.00 |
Public liability, per accident | 2,000,000.00 |
Property damage | 1,000,000.00 |

B. Description of type of license and type of operation to be conducted at the airport.
C. Name, address and telephone number of applicant.
D. Statement agreeing to comply with all applicable standards as set forth herein.
