6-1-6: PERMITS:
From the time of the effective date hereof, zoning, building, special use or other permits or agreements shall be issued by the city to an applicant in compliance with this code. Any license or permit issued by the city that is not in compliance with this code shall be void. (Ord. 541, 2-26-2007)
