5-10-5: SIGNS BY USE DISTRICTS:
It is unlawful for any person to erect or install a sign having a size or height greater than allowed by the following schedule. It is unlawful for any person to erect or install a sign located on the site or in a zoning use district in violation of the controls specified in this schedule:

Notes:
1.   The limitation for maximum sign size and location may vary from the foregoing schedule upon issuance of a conditional use permit.
2.   Private signs directing traffic on private property are permitted.
3.   Signs imitating or similar to official traffic signs or other official signs which may be confused with official signs or reasonably confuse the public are prohibited.
