5-4-4: ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT:
   A.   Application: Application shall be made to the building official on a building permit application form. The completed application shall include all information necessary to determine conformity with required development standards of this chapter. The applicant shall also attach to the application:
      1.   A plot plan showing existing conditions and the proposed location of the home and other improvements at a scale of at least one inch equals twenty feet (1" = 20').
      2.   A copy of the manufacturer's instructions for installation and anchoring of the home on permanent footings.
      3.   Other local regulations and provisions for the construction of single-family residences.
   B.   Certificates And Inspection:
      1.   The applicant shall sign the completed application certifying the manufactured home meets the required development standards of this chapter and that site development will be in accordance with said standards and the plot plan submitted. The applicant shall also certify that once the manufactured house is permanently affixed, the applicant will declare the house as real property for taxation purposes in accordance with 63-304, Idaho Code. These certifications shall be made prior to the moving of the home to the building site.
      2.   Following application and plot plan approval by the building official, the building official shall issue a building permit for the footings and foundation. Upon satisfactory inspection of the footings and foundation for the attachment of the manufactured home, the building official shall verify, in writing, that all development standards have been met as certified by the applicant. The home may then be attached to the foundation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, City codes for permanent utility connections, and other building requirements.
      3.   Prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, a final inspection shall be made to assure proper attachment of the home to the foundation and other, full compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 589, 5-13-2019)
