Registration shall be required every 3 years commencing upon adoption and publication of this chapter. The city shall be required to mail renewal forms to the property owner or designated local administrator on or before May 1 of the year prior to the renewal date. Forms may be returned by mail at the property owner or designated local administrator’s risk to the City of Park Rapids, 212 Second Street West, Park Rapids, Minnesota 56470.
