§ 96.101  MOTORIZED RECREATION VEHICLE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to:
   (A)   Operate a motorized recreation vehicle within a park, except on designated roadways and parking areas; or
   (B)   Operate a snowmobile within a park other than on designated trails within the park for snowmobile traffic.
